"I wasn’t overthinking it when I got..."
I wasn’t overthinking it when I got this, but once I set it up at home I was like, okay yeah, this actually looks really good. It has that simple, clean design that kind of just works with everything, which I love because I don’t want to constantly worry about whether something matches. It just fits in naturally and makes the room feel a little more put together.

I ordered this from Nuna because I figured the higher price meant it would feel really solid and last well. It does look nice, so at first I thought I’d made a good choice, but after just a few weeks some parts already feel a little loose and the fabric picks up marks way too easily. It still does the job, but I feel a bit misled because it doesn’t feel as premium as I expected for what I paid.

"Save your time, it doesn’t feel very sturdy"
I’d say save your time on this one. It wobbles sometimes and just doesn’t feel reliable enough for me to fully trust it.

"Really bad first impression with the delivery"
I ordered a car seat the whole delivery experience gave me a bad first impression. The shipping took way longer than what was shown when I bought it, and the tracking barely updated, so I had no idea what was going on. I reached out to support, but they basically just told me to wait, which wasn’t very helpful. The car seat itself seems fine, but the slow delivery and lack of updates were really frustrating

"Wanted to love it more, but it’s heavy"
I’ve usually had really good luck with this brand, so I was hoping this would be an easy win. The quality does feel nice and sturdy, but it’s heavier than I expected. Getting it in and out of the car is kind of a workout, and trying to fold it while holding the baby is not fun. I still like the brand, which makes me a little torn, but for something I wanted to use for travel, I thought it would be easier to deal with.

I ordered from Nuna while I was in a bit of a rush, and luckily the website was really easy to use. I found what I needed quickly and checkout went through without any issues. The only thing was the confirmation email took longer than I expected, so I was left wondering for a little bit if everything had actually gone through. Other than that, it was all fine and I’d order again...

"Looks nice, but my little one isn’t comfy"
I bought this from nuna.eu and thought it would be more comfortable. The seat does look really nice, but my child get fussy even after short rides and seems a bit squashed in it. Maybe other kids is fine with it, but for us it just isn’t comfy enough. Disappointed, especially for the price.

"Customer service was solid"
I had a minor issue with my order, though I can’t even remember the exact details now. What I do remember is that customer service got back to me quickly and fixed it without making it a whole thing. Delivery took longer than I would’ve liked, so I’m knocking off a star, but overall it was a good experience

"Refund showed up sooner than I expected"
I was kind of expecting the return to be a hassle, because returns usually make me put them off for no reason, but this one was easy. Sent it back and the refund came through after just a few days, which surprised me a bit. Nice when something like that just gets handled.

"Started off nice, but didn’t hold up"
I really liked it at first, but after a few months some parts started feeling loose and the fabric already looked worn. For the price, I expected it to last longer. I also reached out with a question and the email replies felt like they were written by robots, which made the whole thing even more frustrating.

"Good quality for the price"
I bought mine from nuna.eu and, from what I can tell so far, I’m happy with it. I haven’t tested loads of similar products side by side or anything, but it feels solid and definitely not cheap or flimsy.
Delivery was smooth enough for me, no real complaints there. It’s not the cheapest option around, but based on my limited experience, it does feel like you can see where the extra money goes. I’d probably buy from them again.

"warranty help was super easy"
one of the wheels on our stroller broke, so i reached out to nuna support about the warranty. it was really simple — just a couple emails back and forth and they sent the replacement part with no hassle. really happy with how quick and easy the whole thing was.

"Easy enough to make part of my routine"
I started noticing quickly that the best products I stick with are the ones that don’t make me think too much, and this fits that pattern perfectly. Setup was simple, there wasn’t any fuss, and it’s been easy to use every day.
